Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective components are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier point and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed upon successful inspection at our facility.
