We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page. Our garments are designed with an athletic fit; if you intend to wear multiple layers underneath, we recommend sizing up.
What is your return policy for international orders?
We offer a 28-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs and duties are the responsibility of the customer for international returns.
How should I wash and maintain my ThruDark technical clothing?
To preserve the technical integrity of the fabrics, wash at 30°C with a specialized tech-wash. Avoid fabric softeners and tumble drying, as these can damage the waterproof membranes and performance coatings.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2pm GMT Monday through Friday are typically dispatched the same day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our distribution center.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand by the quality of our gear. All ThruDark products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use.
